Carl G. Fulp, III
Founding Attorney
Carl G. Fulp, III is a lifelong resident of South Georgia who has dedicated his legal career to helping injury victims across the region get the justice they deserve. With over 30 years of experience, Carl brings deep knowledge, steady guidance, and a personalized approach to every case he takes on.
He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Risk Management and Insurance from the University of Georgia in 1990 and went on to receive his Juris Doctor from the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University in 1994.
Carl focuses exclusively on personal injury and accident cases, including car accidents, truck wrecks, slip and falls, and wrongful death. He believes clients deserve one-on-one attention and open, honest communication—values that have shaped his reputation as a trusted advocate throughout South Georgia.
Carl is a member of the Valdosta Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Georgia Bar, and the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, among others. He is also a proud alumnus of Leadership Lowndes.
When you hire Carl, you work directly with him—not a case manager or a call center—because he believes every client deserves to be treated like a priority.
